Articles come from the business system; variants, images, and groups are added in Leara. The office works in the web app. The floor works in the warehouse app. Checkout stays in the shop. Invoices stay in the business system. What do you mean by Unified Commerce? That commerce does not split between shop, warehouse, and books. Product, stock, and order live in Leara and are shared with the business system, e-commerce, and shipping. A web order, a count on the floor, or an invoice in the business system updates that operation — when it happens, not in the overnight file. How is Leara different from connecting existing systems?Point to point solves a flow at a time and stops at the weakest register. In Leara, commerce sits in the middle: business system and e-commerce read and write against orders, inventory, and product data there — so fields are not lost on the way.Which channels and business models does the platform support?E-commerce, store via orders and picking, B2B orders, multiple warehouses. Leara has no till of its own. Channels differ in how the order is created — not in how it is picked, invoiced, and stored. It is the same commerce.Where does Leara run?A cloud service, operated by us. Data in the EU. Isolated environments we discuss for larger setups.Integrations4Which systems can Leara integrate with?Business systems, e-commerce, and shipping — against the systems you already run. Live and planned are labelled in Architect. We do not promise SAP or a till we do not have. Are integrations maintained by you?Live connectors are maintained by us as product. Planned integrations are specified before go-live — we do not promise connectors that do not exist yet.How fast does data move between Leara and ERP?Sync runs continuously — on order, inventory change, or invoice basis. Exact latency depends on the business system and configuration, but the principle is that data does not wait for overnight batches. What is required to connect a new integration? We map data flows, authentication, and business rules with you. Standard integrations go faster; entirely new systems need specification and sandbox testing before production.Commerce flows4 / 15Orders & fulfillment4Can Leara handle orders from multiple channels in the order book?Yes. Web orders and orders you create land in the order book. Channel and location travel with them. Status from created to picked. How do order routing and partial shipments work?An order can be picked where the goods are — central warehouse or store — instead of waiting on a purchase. Partial shipments in the flow. Automatic split of orders without cover is not live; they stay visible for manual handling.Do you support click & collect and store pickup?Yes. Web orders reserve stock. Pick lists appear in Leara together with the warehouse. Click & collect through the pick flow — no separate order book. Leara does not replace the till in the store. What happens when an order is changed or cancelled?Changes and cancellations are events — inventory reservations release, payment status updates, and affected channels get new status. Full history is kept per order.Inventory5How quickly are inventory balances updated?Balances update event by event — order, pick, inbound, adjustment. Not batch. What you see in Leara applies to the next order. Can we have multiple warehouses and stores with shared stock visibility?Yes. Multi-warehouse and store stock can be modelled with separate balances and channel visibility. You control which locations can sell what, and reservations stay consistent across the network. How are reservations and backorders handled? When an order is created, stock is reserved immediately. Backorders follow along — you see what is reserved, available, and waiting without manual reconciliation between systems.Do you support stocktaking and cycle counts?Yes. Full-year and partial stocktakes against the balances that orders and e-commerce use. The web app starts and closes. The iOS and Android apps count — with scanner or camera — and work even without coverage. Variances are traceable; documents can go to the business system on close. Can Leara read delivery notes on inbound?Yes. Photograph or upload a delivery note, invoice, or packing list. Leara reads the lines and matches them to the catalogue. You still count received quantity — the AI never completes inbound and never moves stock on its own.Product data3Where do we manage products, variants, and prices?Product data lives in Leara — articles, variants, groups, attributes, brands, suppliers, images, price files. What the business system lacks. What feeds e-commerce.How does product data reach e-commerce and other channels?Publishing happens through the platform — to e-commerce and the business system. Product and price changes sync continuously, not via manual export files. Can we import existing product data?Yes. Products can come from the business system and be enriched in Leara — variants, groups, images, and price files. At onboarding we map fields with you before go-live.Invoicing3How are payments and invoicing handled?Checkout happens in your webshop or in the till you already have. Leara links the order to the invoice in the business system. Leara is not a payment provider and has no till of its own. A Kustom connector exists for payment status — it is not sold as a checkout. How are invoice basis and bookkeeping handled?Orders and invoices sync to the business system so bookkeeping and inventory follow commerce. Status per order and invoice is visible in the platform — no manual transfer of basis between systems. Can we keep our existing payment provider?Yes. Payment is handled in the shop or store as today. Leara does not take over checkout. Kustom can be connected for status and refunds in Leara; more payment methods are planned. We walk through your chain in a demo.Business & support3 / 11Getting started4What does a typical onboarding look like? You can create an account yourselves. Typical go-live: connect the business system, load products and stock, set stores and rules, test, then e-commerce and the floor apps. A named contact. Clear milestones. Not a black-box project. Can we migrate from our current system?Yes. Products, customers, open orders, and history can be migrated depending on the source system. We do a gap analysis early so you know what moves at go-live and what phases in later.Do we need to replace everything at once? No. Phase in channel by channel — e-commerce first, then warehouse and stores, for example. Without double-maintaining core data. How long does it take to go live?Depends on scope, number of integrations, and data quality. A channel with standard integration can be live in weeks; larger multi-channel setups take months. We give a realistic timeline after discovery.Pricing3How is Leara priced?SaaS billed monthly. A platform package, a warehouse package, and per-store add-ons for business systems, e-commerce, and shipping. No hidden per-transaction fees from Leara. Amounts are on the pricing page and can change — exact quote after a demo. What is included in the base platform versus add-ons?The platform covers registry, orders, and invoices to the business system. The warehouse package adds stocktaking, inbound, purchasing, picking, and apps. Integrations are sold per store. Everything is specified in the quote. Is there a minimum contract term?No minimum term. Billing monthly in advance. Terms are in the quote and agreement — ask us in a demo if anything is unclear.Support & operations4How do we reach support when we are live?Via the support form at /support or email support@leara.se. Describe the issue with steps, error messages, or order IDs — we reply to the address you provide. What SLA can we expect?SLA and escalation are specified in your agreement. Urgent operations issues are prioritised; other tickets are handled as quickly as we can — usually within one business day.How are updates and new features handled? The platform is updated continuously without planned downtime for you. Major changes are communicated in advance. Release notes and news are published under Knowledge.Where do we find documentation and release notes?News and changelog under Knowledge → News.
